Jonathan Prime

Managing Director

Jonathan has been involved in the property business for over 35 years, starting in residential estate agency in Newcastle and then joining Richard Adamson’s Adamson Developments in 2000 as Managing Director. Highly experienced with ‘Brownfield Sites’ normally flat developments in the better parts of Newcastle. Over the last 20+ years Jonathan has overseen in excess of 500 units.

Tony has worked in Construction & Development for over 40 years starting as an Apprentice Joiner, working through to MD of P Whelan Ltd.
Working nationwide from Brighton to Aberdeen, ‘Blue Chip’ clients include; Coca Cola Schweppes, Sainsburys, Warner Brothers, KFC, McDonalds, Mercedes, Volvo.
As the business moved more into Development, Tony led his team into a number of prestigious projects including a £30m Fire Control Centre for ‘The Office of The Deputy Prime Minister’ and a £25m Joint Venture with Northumbria University to deliver city centre student accommodation.
A new chapter started in 2012 when Tony joined Adamson Developments
